NQ up 11 out of 12 days

Nasdaq e-mini's been up 11 days out of the last 12 and off to the races again today.
I just don't feel comfortable going long with such lofty pricing, but that leaves me without trades.
Nasdaq 100 index is up 11 out of 14 days.
Anyone have any suggestions?
