Symbol look-up for European IPO's?

Hi,

We have a very handy link under Traders Toolbox to look-up U.S. IPO symbols before they go live. The source of the information is Hoover's Online.

I haven't been able to find a similar site for European or Asia/Pacific IPO's. Anyone know of a good site that lists the exchange symbol prior to day 1 of trading?
