Subject Material Filters for new posts

I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday. Is it possible for this BB to have subject filters in place before someone posts bad material links? I see posts have been deleted from the BB but ONLY after receiving the **** links in my mailbox here because I am a subscriber to forum.
