quotes in the forum

hi,

Is there a link that explains how to input things like quotes, efs codes, etc. Through a post I know that "PHP" followed by "/PHP" (enclosed in brackets) highlights efs code.

For example, I have seen posts with [quote] on the top that showcase a quote/question before addressing it and pictures of charts, some even show a little movie as the chart plots, but I don't know how to do it.
