Why is my thread closed?

I have a thread in EFS/API Development - EFS Study - Need a 4 dimensional array, is this how you do it?

For some reason it is closed. In this state I will never get a reply. Can someone open it again? Or do I start a new thread?

I looked at it again more closely, you are correct, it appears to still be open. I saw the blue envelope with the peron standing to the right of it and thought it was a closed thread. But a closed thread has a lock on it, not a person. Sorry to bother you.
