Is There a Problem Replying to Esignal Threads

Hello Esignal Forum Managers,

I'm trying to reply to a post in connection with Triggered Alerts but each time I submit a reply the website bombs out. Is there a problem?

We do have sporadic timeout issues on occasion so just keep trying and it should eventually work. We need to upgrade the platform and that's already a project in the planning.
