The short form is: How do I directly access the EFS KB? The KB link on the main page is Product KB only . . .
I have saved shortcuts/bookmarks (several times), but they seem to timeout after a day or less. The only way I seem able to access the EFS KB is to enter the forums, and search for prior posts I viewed which give the links to the location; e.g. http://forum.esignal.com/showthread....S-Back-Testing
This seems like a lot of work just to get into the EFS KB - is there be an easier way to access this page than having to jump through so many hoops or am I missing something?
To be fair, I have a lot of ad blocker add-ons in my browser and I do not use Internet Explorer.
