Please check the session timeout parameters...

Greeting,

Please have your web admin check the timeout policy for this forum as well as for the knowledge base. It's HIGHLY annoying to have the both of them time out after what appears to be a 20-30 minutes delay.

Net result: I search, read, and attempt to integrate what I've found into an EFS script... and then when I go back for search for further info, I'm being forced to log in AGAIN or my KB search window timed out...

It's REALLY, REALLY, REALLY annoying...

Why are these session timeouts even used anyway? What's the value for anyone in having people forced to use a "session" when it's all entirely public information being looked at? The use of session timeouts, etc. is highly annoying at best.
