    If you are experiencing any connection related issues please try flushing your DNS using the following procedure:

    Click the Windows Start Button, then choose Run.
    Type cmd then click ok.
    In the Command Prompt box, type: ipconfig /flushdns

    If you are still experiencing problems after flushing your DNS, please contact our support team.
