Here is an update from the exchange website with a proposed re-open time:

Core Products ( AP, IR, IB and XT, YT) will Pre-Open and Open as follows

Pre- Open 12:35:00

Open - 12:45:00

All remaining products will Pre-Open @ 13:00:00 and Open 13:10:00
