    You may be unable to connect to the data manager using charting applications like Metastock or Tradestation. The department in charge is currently investigating this issue. As yet, no detailed information is available. Please follow this post for further updates.

    We would like to apologise for the inconvenience.

    All 3rd party users should be able to receive data again. If you still experience issues, please disconnect and re-connnect to the internet and relaunch eSignal and the 3rd party application.
