  • Possible Server Issues

    We've received initial reports of possible connection issues which our Engineers are currently looking into. If you're experiencing issues connecting to eSignal please try restarting the application. We'll post an update here once we have more information.

    This issue is still being looked into. Our Network team is devoting all resources needed to get this resolved as soon as possible. We'll pass along any new information once it becomes available.

      UPDATE:

      The issue has been resolved and it appeared to be network connectivity issues that caused clients to be unable to access eSignal or Workstation services during the morning.

      All services have been restored and if any users are still experiences difficulties or having continued connection problems please contact our support team using one of the below options:
