  • New starts for Java Products and Scanners temporarily unavailable

    New product starts and password changes for Java Products (such as Market-Q and LiveCharts) and Scanners are currently unavailable. Our Engineers are currently working to resolve this authentication issue. We'll post an update once more information becomes available.

      Significant progress has been made in resolving new Product Starts for Java products. However, we're receiving reports that some new LiveCharts (and other Java products) users are still having trouble logging in. Excluding password changes, this should not affect existing Java products (started prior to 12/29/09). Full resolution continues to be a priority for our Engineering team.

        This issue has been resolved. New Java Product starts and password changes are now fully functional. A combination of issues (hardware and SQL server configuration) were discovered and repaired. We apologize that the fix took take a bit longer than anticipated. This matter is being closely monitored to ensure the issue does not resurface.
