We are currently investigating an issue with one of our server farms. This issue is causing some clients to not get real time updates on quote windows/watch list and charts. We are aware of the issue. I will update once I have more information.
Update 7:33am Pacific: Server farm that was causing issues was pulled offline. Clients should shut down the program and reconnect. Will update again
Update 12/19 8:41am Pacific: Issue was fixed on our end and servers put back into rotation.
