We've received several reports from Comcast users that are experiencing intermittent connection issues. Our Engineers are currently looking into this and we'll post an update once we have more info.

Issue appears to have subsided. Please restart the application if you are still experiencing a connection issue. Preliminary checks didn't reveal any problems with our servers. However, we're continuing to investigate this matter.
