We are currently looking into reports of intraday chart issues (unable to connect, data not loading, etc.). Our Engineering team is investigating and we'll post an update as more information becomes available.

The issue appears to stem from a specific subset of Tick Servers all connected to the same backend. The impacted servers have been re-routed which appears to have resolved the issue. Please contact our Support team if you need further assistance.
