BB/OTC symbols not operating correctly

We are aware of some issues concerning OTC/BB symbols within the eSignal and QCharts applications. We are currently investigating the issue. I will update when I have further information. Thank you

Update 1: We believe to have found the issue and are working on a fix for it.
Update 2: This has been fixed.
