eSignal 10.6 crashing

We are currently investigating an issue that eSignal 10.6 is crashing after launching the software.

Our engineers are investigating the issue.

Please note that eSignal 11 is unaffected.

You can download eSignal 11 from www.esignal.com/download

This issue has been isolated and resolved.



You will need to try the following:



Restart the PC.



If this still does not fix the issue download from http://download.esignal.com/products..._10.6.2425.exe and repair
For K2A: http://216.23.225.152/10.6_KTA_MTFX/..._10.6.2475.exe

If the software is still not working after trying these points then uninstall eSignal from the Control Panel (Do not choose to delete pages)
