The issue appears to isolated to a subset of servers which have been taken offline. Please restart the application if you continue to see problems. More info as it becomes available.
Zayo (formerly Abovenet) experienced technical issues which impacted our New York co-location and Boxborough servers. These servers have been taken offline which appears to have resolved the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
We received a handful of reports related to the Hotlist and Research window not properly connecting. This is being looked into and we will provide an update once more info is available.
