EFS issues

We are currently experiencing errors with EFS studies on eSignal 12

Our operators have been notified and they are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible

Reinstalling the software has resolved the issue for a few users, you can download the latest version from the links below:
(You do NOT need to uninstall the software first just refresh the current install)

Our operators have notified that they have identified the cause of the issue and fixed the EFS problems by correcting a config file.

Please restart eSignal and Data Manager to correct the problem.

If this does not resolve the issue, please delete the affected file using following instructions below:

Close eSignal and Data Manager
Go to Start > Run
Copy this link into the search box:
%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Interactive Data\eSignal\SigText
Delete the fd_support_efsLib.ctab file
Restart eSignal

If the problem persists then please reinstall the software from www.esignal.com/download
