  • Connection Issue

    Receiving preliminary reports from some users having trouble connecting to eSignal. Error message appears to be related to entitlements (i.e. You are not entitled to run this application). A majority of users are able to connect by rebooting or restarting eSignal. We are looking into this issue and will post an update once more information becomes available.

    This issue has been resolved. Please restart eSignal if you are still seeing an entitlement error message and contact us if you need additional assistance.

      We are re-opening this thread. Issue appears to be happening again. Our Engineering team is currently investigating this issue.

        This issue appears to have stemmed from an upgrade performed earlier today. The upgrade is in the process of being rolled back. This should address the entitlement errors that temporarily prevented some users from accessing eSignal.
