  • No Data in Watch List - Invalid Symbols

    We've received reports from some users having trouble viewing data in their watch list. Customers using 12.0 are seeing an "invalid symbol" message next to each symbol. Users of older builds may not see this message but will have similar problems with their watch list.

    We are looking into this issue and will post an update once more information becomes available.

    This appears to have been caused by a routing issue which was resolved last night. Only a certain number of users on specific servers were impacted. If you are seeing 'invalid symbol' please try restarting eSignal and contact our support team for further assistance.
