    We've received several reports from some users reporting both delays and sporadic connections. Several of the reports have involved the same general area and ISP (Cogent in Illinois). We're still investigating this issue and will provide an update once we have more info.

    Cogent users have had success restarting eSignal. If Cogent is your ISP, please try restarting eSignal and contact our staff if you need additional assistance.

      This issue appears to be resolved as we have not received any new reports of delays. Cogent system status appears to be back to normal:

        There are still persistent issues related to the Cogent ISP problems that are impacting a small number of users. Our Engineers our working with our ISP (Internap) to bypass Cogent in order to address this issue. Please continue restarting eSignal if you are unable to connect or contact our support team for assistance.
