ISE delays

We are currently seeing delays on the Italian Stock Exchange during fast markets. This is caused by the fact that our feed is curently not received through the usual connection to the exchange. We are currently in contact with the exchange in order to solve the issue.

The problem generates at the exchange, but brokers are not affected. This is why you will see a difference between eSignal and for example Intesa Trade. Senior management at the exchange has been involved, and we hope that the issue will be resolved soon.

We are continuously in contact with the exchange. Although the delays are now less frequent, some issues still remain.
