  • Bad ticks on German stocks

We are currently showing bad ticks from 02:25 - 03:12GMT for all Eurex futures and German stocks, i.e. it's data repeated from the previous day. The department in charge is currently considering various solutions on how to remove these erroneous ticks, but we are unable to give detailed time estimates for when and if the ticks will be removed.

    For all eSignal subscribers:
In the meantime, please use a time template to hide the data. The Dax future for instance is traded from 08:00 - 22:00 exchange time. For detailed information on how to create time templates, please refer to the following link:

    For Futuresource Worstation users:
Please contact your local support representative for a temporary solution.

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience.

Because of the high amount of ticks, deleting them manually could potentially cause intraday servers to crash. We are therefore working on a solution to delete the ticks programmatically. No time for resolution is known at this time.

Please continue using time templates on eSignal. Futuresource Workstation users should call their local support office for a temporary solution.

The department in charge has corrected all major futures and is still working on stocks. If there are any particular symbols that you would like to see corrected, please send us an email to [email protected]. Please include the link to this post in order to avoid confusion.
