Eurex delays

We are investigating reports of delays on AX Z7-DT, SM Z7-DT, GB Z7-DT. This is likely to affect all Eurex derivatives. The engineers are investigating the issue and hope to be able to provide an update soon.

Unfortunately, all Eurex data is affected by this problem. The engineers are making all possible efforts to find a solution.

Although we are now confident that we are receiving all ticks, the data is lagging the market.

The problem lies on the vendor feed of the Eurex. They have a high load on their systems which is causing latency and some missing data. The exchange is currently working to resolve this.

The Eurex exchange has now resolved the problems with their vendor feed and data is now updating normally.
