    We currently experiencing problems on the Eurex exchange this morning.
    Our engineers are investigating and we hope it will fixed shortly.

    I have spoken to our engineers and the feed is updating normal again.

    However, our engineers still try to indentify the situation and it is most likely related to the problem we experienced earlier this week.

      Although the Eurex exchange admitted having currently on-going problems at their end, they have not provided an official statement as of yet.
      The issue is still under investigations at the exchange.

      Please be informed that there have been no delays reported since yesterday.

        We received the following statement from the Eurex exchange regarding the delays on Monday 26/November and Wednesday 28/November:


        "On the 26th November between 09:03h CET and 11:47h CET a performance degradation was experienced on Eurex because of an unexpected high volume of market inquiries by members.
        The system performance behaviour is currently under investigation and afterwards appropriate action will be taken to avoid such instances in the future.
        We apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused."


        "On the 28th of November between 9:06 CET and 9:27h CET, an excessive amount of inquiries by various members led to a performance degradation on the Eurex Backend.
        The issue is still under investigation in close cooperation with third party application vendors and is of the highest priority.
        To reduce the excessive inquiry volume and to improve the processing time, the application throttle on the MISS was adjusted for all members to 60 messages/sec."

        The exchange is working very hard to rememdy these problems, but they can't give us an ETA on when those will be fixed.
