If you are using a single quote contributor on advanced charts (example EUR@FXCM A0-FX), it is likely that the bars are not building from the point of time you open eSignal. The data on quote sheets is updating fine.
The engineers are aware of the issue and they continue with the investigating hoping to find a resolution.
There is a work around which might cover your needs for now. If you are for example trading on 5 minute charts, simply use a time interval of 300 seconds, i.e. 300s. Second intervals update fine.
Please note that the composite feed (example EUR A0-FX) is not affected by this.
