Bad Ticks - NYSE

[System Status Update]

One of the contributors for NYSE data is giving a bad range of data. Please use this format <symbol>=N to avoid bad ticks. We are currently working with the exchange to fix this problem.

[System Status Update]

Our Engineering department is waiting until after 17:00 Pacific Time for the exchange summaries to correct the large number of bad ticks on NYSE, AMEX, and some Nasdaq symbols. For symbols in which we do not receive a summary for, engineering will attempt to fix manually.

[System Status Update]

Our QA department is not able to fix many of the bad ticks on our intraday charts due to the sheer amount of corrections that would need to be made. We’re investigating the cause of these bad ticks so that this problem does not occur in the future. Please continue using the =N extension as a workaround for most of these.
