ECBOT outage - only bid / ask updating

The ECBOT symbols are currently only updating the bid / ask. Our engineering team is looking into this to have it resolved as soon as possible.

All symbols should now be updating.

CBOT has confirmed problems were with distribution of Agriculture, Index and Treasury Bond contracts.
