The US Futures Exchange (formerly Eurex US) has informed us that they have ceased market operations as of December 31, 2008. Please read the following notice from the Exchange:
U.S. Futures Exchange to Cease Exchange Operations CHICAGO, December 23, 2008 – U.S. Futures Exchange, LLC (“USFE”) will cease exchange operations effective December 31, 2008. The orderly wind down of all open markets, including the futures on the SENSEX stock index, futures on the DAX stock index, and the FX Spot Equivalent Futures contract will commence immediately. Once all open positions on those markets have been offset, USFE will de-list those products.
This elimination of service will affect all users both Real Time and Delayed. We apologize for this short notice as we did not receive this memo until just recently. If you have any questions regarding this change, please let us know.
Thank you,
