We have received a number of reports of slow or lagging quotes on the main eMini contract (ES). Operators are investigating and we will report back to this thread ASAP.
Initial report is a bad line from the exchange out to some vendors. We have manually switched to our alternate feed and it appears the timeliness of the data is back as usual. We'll continue to monitor and keep in contact with the CME until we're satisfied this issue has been fully resolved.
Our Network team has isolated and resolved this issue which was initially caused by a problem at the CME with one of their vendor feeds. An intermittent switching between feeds on our FNET system further compounded the issue which has been fully addressed. Our staff is working closely with the exchange to ensure that this is permanently fixed.
