Nasdaq T&S ahead 3 hours

Engineering and Operations are currently working to resolve the issue in which T&S in eSignal are displaying time stamps 3 hours ahead of actual time for Nasdaq symbols. (related to a recent nasdaq feed change).

Standard Chart T&S are displaying time correctly as well as charts.

A fix for the advanced T&S timestamps will be rolled out after Nasdaq closes (after 5PM PT).
