We'll be performing the first phase of entitlement checks tonight. If you haven’t already subscribed to the appropriate Exchange or Real Time US Indices Package, please do so now via Account Maintenance . Otherwise, you'll see a ‘D’ next to some or all of your Indices to indicate that the symbols are Delayed. To determine what exchange or service you will need to add, please use the Index Symbol Look-Up.

      Reminder.

Each night additional accounts will be converted onto the new Indice entitlements so if you need any of the US Indices in real-time, you should check your account and add the appropriate package.

For example, most users will want to keep getting symbols like $SPX and $VIX in real-time so they'll need to add the CBOE's MDI package at $2/mo.

      Thanks.

Entitlement enforcement continues each night and will through the remainder of the year. If you discover that any or all of your indices are being received on a delayed basis (signified by a D to the right of the symbol in a quote window), you can upgrade to the real-time version by adding the service in Account Maintenance, which is available 24/7 for self-service.

        Thank you.
