Reported Delays on NYMEX, COMEX, and CBOT

We're currently investigating reports of delays on NYMEX, CBOT and COMEX for contracts such as Crude Oil (CL H0), Corn (ZC #F), and Gold (GC H0). The issue appears to be specific to a small subset of servers only so not everyone following these exchanges is impacted. We'll post an update here once we know more.

This issue appears to be resolved although the cause is still under investigation. The impact was more widespread than originally thought. Our Engineers continue to closely monitor this issue.

Update: The issue was caused by a combination of heavy Futures Volatility as well a transitional feed that was running during a server upgrade. Once the transitional feed was disabled the delays subsided. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
