Charting Issue impacting Stocks and Indices

We experienced an internal issue that caused a spike in intraday charts that impacted both stocks and indices. Several widely followed symbols have already been corrected. Our Engineers are working to release a fix this evening to correct the remaining symbols. In the interim, please use the following tool to report symbols:

The issue caused a gap with certain Indices (such as $TICK, $TRIN, $TICKQ, $ADV, $DECL etc.) which unfortunately cannot be recovered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Any further updates will be posted here.

Please note that the automated correction of the spike on intraday equities (occurred at 9:41 AM PT) will be a 2 day rollout. Due to the nature of the rollout, half will be completed tonight with the remainder being fixed tomorrow night.
