Is it possible to call getBarData() from a c c++ or active x program outside of esignal

And

Is it possible to pass display info back to an eSignal chart from the same? (drawrelative, etc.)

EFS functions are not accessible via the Desktop API. Nor can you draw on an eSignal chart via the Desktop API. You could could potentially use the EFS DLL interface to get C++ generated data into and EFS study, and then have that EFS study draw on the eSignal chart.
