GetTimeSalesBar/Windows 2000 update

We've found and fixed the Windows 2000 problem with this method, it will show up in build 673, which should happen by early next week. Thank you for everyone's patience on this issue.

Curerrently the lSize (which is lotsize is 0) is that a valid data?

When i pull in TS data and use item.lSize I usually get a valid lot size ie. TradeSize or Volume for that trade, etc. - although the first couple of TS data inputs you receive & pull in will sometimes have 0 for lot size.... handle/cache issue or something maybe...
