  • bad data for ES U4, Can you fix it?

    Hi,

    I'm downloading 1M Bars for ES U4 during the last 120 days, using the active x.

    For the 5 of July the data are corrupted, it jumps from 11 o clock to 18 o clock.

    Who should I report it to?

    Hi Nick,

    I would begin by comparing the data set against eSignal to make sure that the outside application and eSignal are in agreement with the data. If the same data appears in eSignal, you can use the Bad Tick Reporter to notify the fix-it folks. The Bad Tick Reporter can be found under the Customer Support menu in eSignal.



    You may want to read this article from our Knowledge Base that should provide some additional guidance when reporting suspect data.

      The data is not corrupted. See the enclosed snapshot of the CME's Holiday calendar.
