I have signed up for Active X, but I understand from talking to e-signal that I need to come to this forum to download the correct software for use with my program. Please help,

There is no additional software required, only eSignal. By signing up for ActiveX, it means the your account (or username) is entitled to use the ActiveX functions in the COM object. You can still create an IHooks object without being entitled, but will not be able to call any functions or events.
