Developer reference document

I have downloaded the eSignal developer reference document from the ActiveX file share but am unable to open it using Word. It behaves as if corrupted. I am using Microsoft Word 2003.

Any suggestions...

Hi Kanstey,

I downloaded and opened the document this morning without incident. All the images and information looks intact. I am running Microsoft Word 2000 SR-1. I'll check into it and see if there have been any other reports of this issue, but everything on this side looks ok. Thanks.

I don't know if you resolved this issue. I had the same problem. If you open it with WordPad, it will open with proper information.
