Timestamps on 1-minute bars

Hi,

Will a trade at 09:45:30 be in the 1 minute bar with timestamp 09:45 or 09:46 ?
Does the first 1 minute bar of a MSFT trading sesssion have timestamp 09:30 or 09:31 ?

A 9:45:30 trade will be in the 9:45 bar.

The first bar of the RTH trading session for MSFT would be stamped 9:30.
