The issue, I believe, is that he receives bid/ask changes using GetBasicQuote, and he doesn't want them. He just wants to receive actual trade events. Since there isn't a flag in the quote structure to determine whether it was a trade or a quote, I suggested using time and sales instead, but that doesn't seem to be a satisfactory solution it seems.
