Can only watch one symbol is realtime?

Can you only get data on one symbol in realtime? I want data on a few symbols in realtime in my application, but it doesn't appear that I can subscribe to multiple symbols...

Yes. You can receive data for multiple symbols simultaneously.

Yes, and you manage which symbol by the handle that is returned.
