Drawing tools

Hi,

I want to create a drawing tool, and wondered if we could create something that we can:
a) insert study/lines automatically off recent lows
b) will be moveable after the fact through draging and dropping

ideally I'd like to create a toolbar like the LineBar toolbar with custom items.

You may be interested in using EFS, or more specifically, EFS 2, which is available in 7.9 Beta. I don't think it will be moveable after the fact via drag and drop, however.
