hi...i'm really new here....hope someone can help.

Does my Esignal login account needs the Esignal ActiveX Department to set it up before it can be working with those sample programs.

I have check on my Account Maintainece that this service is already on my product list.

There shouldn't be anything else that needs to be done. Are you calling SetApplication() with your username? Does IsEntitled() return true or false?

Have you called into our Sales department and added the Desktop API to your account?
