Last week in my Excel DDE link:
=winros|TotalVol!'ES #F'
The TotalVol field was updating realtime intraday.
I've since rebuild my machine and now that field just shows what apears to be a snapshot or probably previous day's total volume - its not updating realtime. All the other fields (Last,TradeSize,Ask,AskSize...) are updating correctly.
I think the only change on my end was on the rebuild I installed a newer version of eSignal. I first tried 7.8 which I had on archive then the current newest 7.9r1. Before the rebuild I was running a version probably about 2 years old - I assume older than 7.8 (wasn't smart enough to archive that version
).
Is it possible that on ES #F an older version of eSignal updates TotalVol realtime while the newer version just give previous days total vol? Any help would be appreciated.
