Download 700 symbols formatted as bars (real-time)

I would like to download 700 symbols formatted as bars (interval of 1 Minute).
I only need the data of the current date.
How long it will last?
Is it doable?
What is the format of the data (Date,Time,Open,High,Low,Close,Volume)?

If you are attempting to obtain 1 minute intervals for 700 througout the day, the Desktop API will likely not be a suitable choice because of the high amount of processing required.

The data can be obtained in a BasicQuote structure as well as an XML string.
