Number of days received with get_RequestTimeSales

It seems that sometimes when I request TimeSales data for only 1 day, I get nothing for some symbols.

For example, today on July 13, when I ask for 1 day of TimeSales for JY #F, I get nothing, although I can see the data is there in eSignal for July 13. When I ask for 2 days, I get data from now up to July 12, 00:00, including July 13's data. Where as for LC #F, when asking for 1 day, I get data from now up to July 13, 00:00. What is going on here?

It is kind of difficult to say. You should get todays data when only asking for one day, assuming there is data for the day. There might be a slight delay while the tick data is transfered from the server to your computer, but it should arrive. Can you post a sample project that demonstrates the issue?
