Accessing data stream from function library

I am considering purchase of third party technical analysis software called "Technical Analysis Programer's Toolkit" from FM Labs. They tell me that eSignal has a function library to access their data feed which can be incorporated into their program

Has anyone used this product...and how to do this - Thanks BG
